Responsibilities
• Assist with preparation of Sales Proposals
• Management of Sales Campaigns
• Maintain contact with clients
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Develop monthly sales reports
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally
• Stay up-to-date with new products and feature
• Administer Training Centre and Training Courses
Requirements
1. Proven work experience as a Sales/Training administrator or Sales support agent
2. Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
4. A team player with high level of dedication
5. Ability to work under strict deadlines
6. Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
