SECRETARY INTERN
– We are looking for a highly-motivated and alert Intern to perform general secretarial duties as well as receptionist duties.
– The person, holding at least a BGCSE and a diploma in Secretarial studies, has to act like a personal assistant to the CEO Designate and provide administrative support to the entire organisation.
– Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, communication skills and exceptional typing and computer skills and should be able type documents without errors/mistakes and manage an effective filing system.
To be considered for the above positions, candidates should be in a position and willing to work after hours and weekends (i.e. as overtime) but this will only necessary as and when the situation demands.
