- Lead engineer for all large communications projects
- RFI/ RFP response and presentations
- Third and fourth line troubleshooting for high-end clients
- Training both employees and clients on L1
- Documentation and presentation of deployed networks
- Presales, Support and Project execution knowledge
Requirements, Education and Experience
Here’s what we are looking for in candidates for this job:
- Degree in related field
- Minimum -CCIE- Collaboration (Written)
- CCNP – Voice
- Cisco Video network certified specialist
- Minimum 10 years ICT related working experience, with at least 5 years in IPT / Collaboration related field
