STRATEGY ANALYST – INCEPTA

As Strategy Analyst, you will ensure that global best practice and standards are applied in day to day operations and delivered on client accounts on an on-going basis. We are a big player in a uniquely challenging and demanding industry, so the candidate must have previous experience in a similar environment.

• To lead inspiring strategic and creative thinking in the agency and provide a good balance between business understanding and consumer/shopper understanding, so as to give guidance and validation to the agency’s creative product, and help build client brands and businesses.

• To reveal the truth that inspires great ideas and brilliant creative.

• Help in the development of effective strategies for all our clients, as well as pro-active and new business pitches.

• The Strategic Planner is an inspiring strategic and creative thinker, who can provide between business understanding and consumer understanding, so as to give guidance and validation to the agency’s creative product, and help build client brands and businesses.

• Minimum bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent qualification and at least 4 years’ relevant working experience with a proven track record in senior management in an advertising / communications environment

• Market research experience

• Written communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills.

• The ability to make decisions and resolve problems quickly and effectively.

• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage smooth flow of work through.

• Time management and the ability to determine priorities and delegate.

• Tact, diplomacy, maturity in relating and interacting with people at all levels.
