Role Summary
Customer Relation Officer handle the concerns of the clients/patients and rectifies issues experienced by customers as well as aim to improve the hospital’s overall customer satisfaction ratings.
Key Work Output and Accountabilities
- Doing ward rounds on daily basis and addressing issues that hinder excellent customer services.
- Ensures effective and efficient reception services is provided to patient and any other visitors or relatives.
- Meeting and greeting clients at the main door
- Escorting executives for their medicals
- Explain services and make new and follow-up appointments for executives.
- Provide directions to patients and visitors in the hospital
- Keep up to date with current services and specialist to provide accurate information to the clients
- Assist in Marketing projects
Inherent Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing or Public Relations will be an added advantage
- Must have 2 years experience in customer service
- Computer Literacy
