VACANCY – MITEL SUPPORT PERSONNEL

Duties:

• Design and propose Mitel Micollab solutions for Audio, Web, Video, Softphones, Presence and Chat
• Install, configure, and maintain Mitel Micollab System
• Design and propose Mitel Border Gateway MBG solutions for Micollab, SIP and SRC voice recording
• Install, configure, and maintain Mitel Mitel Border Gateway
• Design and propose Mitel Contact Centre MICC for Voice, Email and Chat agents
• Install, configure, and maintain Mitel Contact Centre
• Configure IVR, CRM and Call Recording
• Design and propose Mitel MiVoice Business 3300 MIVB System for IP and Analog Telephony, SIP, Analogue and ISDN PRI Trunks, Auto Attendant, Voicemail, Toll Restriction and Least Cost Routing
• Install, configure, and maintain Mitel MiVoice Business 3300 System
• Design and propose Mitel MiVoice Office 400 MIVO System solutions
• Install, configure, and maintain Mitel MiVoice Office 400 System
• Conduct customer end user training all the above
• Assist with Firewall (Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Fortigate) configurations to optimize performance of products
• Assist with Network Switch VLANs (Huawei, HP, Netgear and Cisco) configurations to optimize performance of products
• Assist with Router (Huawei, Juniper and Cisco) configurations to optimize performance of products
• Assist with DHCP server (Microsoft Windows) configurations to optimize performance of products
• Assist with DNS server configurations to optimize performance of products
• Assist with Email server configurations to optimize performance of products

 

Qualifications:

• Diploma and or Degree in Telecommunications
• 5 years’ experience
• 4 traceable references displaying the above duties
• The incumbent must prove knowledge of the following skills:
• VMware or Hyper-V
• Web Applications or Software Development
• Linux
• Networking – Routing & Switching Cisco or Huawei (Associate or Professional)

Additional Requirements:

Must be registered with ERB

Must possess Mitel Certifications on MICC, MIVB, MIVO, MBG and Micollab
