Job Role & Summary
The individual will be responsible for helping the business develop a productive and efficient workforce and workflow, the incumbent will anticipate issues within the organization and find ways to solve them.
Responsibilities
- Develop, revise, and implement workflow policies and procedures for the support centre and group processes
- Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management
- Advise management on the administration of process flow policies and procedures
- Acknowledge, suggest, and supervise any changes related to workflow.
- Provide internal quality assurance on processes to assist staff members to successfully achieve the appropriate standards
- Manage the support centre for the various international group companies
Skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Outstanding analytical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Have proven track record and experience of delivering training and assessments in the following fields:
» Senior Leadership
» Middle Management Leadership
» CRM and HR Software
» Performance Management
» Team Roles
» Customer Service
Qualifications
- Must at least have an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology or similar.
- Must have a degree or equivalent in Accounting and/or Company Secretarial
- Must have at least three years of experience in project implementation, that is HR related
- Must have at least five years of experience in a role as a human resources consultant
Contract Duration: 60 months
Remuneration P240 000 per annum
