Services to be Provided

 

To contribute to Botswana Life Insurance Limited revenue growth by

offering financial solutions and advice to both existing and new clients in

the emerging, middle and affluent markets through diverse life products

and services. The incumbent will also execute other acquisition activities

to maximize profitability of the customer base within branch locality.

 

Minimum Experience / Knowledge & Skills

• 2 year’s work experience in Insurance sales or related Sales Experience
• Passion for sales and people centricity
• Highly ambitious, self-driven and focused
• Ability to network
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Committed and disciplined
• Entrepreneurial attitude
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and governing laws

 

Qualifications

• O ’level, BGCSE, IGCSE
• Certificate of Proficiency (Long Term)
• Computer Proficiency
