Primary purpose of this position
Responsible for the overall startup of the Microlending business, leadership, performance management and oversight and routine running of all Peo Micro Lending activities in an overseeing capacity which includes Human Resources, Credit, Administrative, Sales, Risk, Audit and Finance matters. Is responsible for leading and motivating staff to deliver excellent sales and customer service to ensure market share growth and customer retention.

Requirements
- Develop and execute a sustainable strategy of the business
- Continuously improving the relationship management model
- Customer experience in the Micro Lending segment
- Ensure that customer experience service levels are upheld
- Building a high performing team
- Grow and meet business and financial targets
- Lead and deliver the strategy that drives the direction of Microlending
- Drives efficiency and quality improvements in processes and systems to positively impact client experience and performance
- High-level client engagement and networking
- Evolve and continuously improving the customer value proposition
- Overall risk management of the portfolio, Talent Management, Compliance, Annual budgeting and financial management
Minimum Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Administration, Commerce, or relevant Qualification
- Ten (10) years in the Microlending sector with proven track record
- Ability to start-up new business
- Exposure/experience in Leadership, strategy execution, project management and credit
- Extensive sale/marketing experience. Deep knowledge of the Microlending value proposition
- The ability to engage and attract new business
- Comprehensive knowledge of competitor offerings and strategies
- Thorough understanding of the local Microlending market
- Knowledge of strategic planning models, principles and practices, including market
- Segmentation models and the delivery and enhancement of the customer value proposition
- Advanced knowledge of managing local markets, sales principles and practices to optimize growth and retention
