Position: Quality Controller

Key Functions & Responsibilities:

• Assist the section chief to monitor the physical quality level and performance indicator of the subsidiary company, discover potential quality problems, issue the monitoring daily, and report to the relevant leaders for solution, to ensure the quality of the product is sustainable and stable, for the normal operation of the company’s quality-related work, the implementation and maintenance of the production license, laboratory qualification certificate, provincial famous brand;
• Collect and sort out quality daily report, quality ledger, process control sheet, monthly quality report, quality technical indicator sheet, quality management analysis sheet, quality situation analysis sheet and other related reports submitted by the subsidiary;
• Summarize and monitor daily reports;
• Issue monitoring daily report, and report to relevant leaders;
• Monitor subsidiary physical quality and performance indicator data;
• Remind the person in charge of any minor problems detected by monitoring by telephone;
• Report the major problems found by monitoring to the manager in time and issue the rectification notice;
• Evaluate the effect of the grinding aid of each company, put forward improvement suggestions, and urge the grinding aid company to implement;
• Find and conduct tests to verify the quality of each brand of grinding aid;
• Design and supervise the layout of cement packaging bags of the subsidiary company;
• Supervise the actual use of the layout of cement packaging bags in the subsidiary company;
• Supervise the quality of cement packaging bags;
• Planning and management of quality related activities;
• Make the organization and plan of QC activities;
• Set up regression analysis formula of related data, set up and perfect related quality files and books;
• Using the 3-day and 28-day data of ground cement to establish the regression equation and prejudge the quality of outgoing cement at 28 days;
• Establish the multiple regression equation with clinker strength, mineral composition and F-CaO index and prejudge the strength of the clinker;

• Collect and sort out quality daily report, monthly report and annual report of subsidiary company, improve quality files;
• Issue group company quality monthly report, quarterly report, annual report;
• Set up summary and improve quality related books.

Qualifications: Candidate must have relevant college degree or above with a major in cement technology or related field with proven Management Experience and Qualifications.

Experience: At least two years of working experience in related field. Familiar with cement process and quality control and related standards and statistical knowledge, understand quality laws and regulations and product related national standards.
