Reporting to the Client Service Team Leader, the incumbent will be responsible for engaging clients through various communication channels; inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, Facebook, Web/Live Chats.
Requirements
- A Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Business or a Health-related field is ideal.
- A degree in related field will be an advantage.
- Must have at least 2 – 3 years’ experience in sales or customer service.
- Experience in a Health Insurance institution is an advantage.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Receipt, routing and transfer of calls
- Resolution of client queries
- Upselling of products and services.
- Manage & update customer databases.
- Research needed information using available resources.
- Provision of reports on customer feedback.
