Audit Senior

• Reporting to the Audit Manager, successful candidates will be required to:
• Plan and supervise audit engagements.
• Assist clients with the preparation of financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS),
• Perform special assurance assignments as and when required.
• Establish and maintain cordial working relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
• Support training and development of junior staff, Including on-the-job supervision of their work on audit engagements.
• Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
• Experience in internal audit, tar and due diligence assignments will be an added advantage.

Requirements

• Be a professionally qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, or CPA) and have a minimum of 1-year relevant post-qualification experience preferably as an Audit Senior in a professional firm of auditors and accountants.
• Demonstrate knowledge of International Standards on Auditing and the interpretation of IFRS are essential.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
