Human Resource Clerk – Sahara Logistics

SAHARA LOGISTICS, an innovative and growing company is looking for an HR Clerk to support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
• Prepares compensation and attendance sheets in an accurate and timely manner.
• Maintains employee records (e.g., leaves, warning letters, payslips, contracts).
• Prepares and issue contracts to new employees.
• Assist and resolve team member and management queries.
• Screen resumes and job applications, conducts interviews and orientation to new employees.
• Provides clerical support to the management and performs other duties assigned.

Requirements;

• Female
• Work experience as an HR Clerk, HR Officer or similar junior role in Human Resource
• Good understanding of HR operations (recruiting, onboarding, training, and compensation)
• Good Understanding of Botswana Labor Laws and Regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills and should have the ability to work independently
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
