Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all system support functions across the Distribution Centre and retail operations.
- Lead implementation, support, and optimization of ERP, retail, warehouse, and POS systems.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of IT infrastructure, databases, applications, and integrations.
- Drive system upgrades, testing, deployment, and release management.
- Manage data migration, system configuration, and process improvements.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of system-related issues to minimize business disruption.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure service delivery and SLA compliance.
- Develop and implement system security, compliance, and governance standards.
- Provide user training and support to warehouse, store, and corporate teams.
- Prepare system performance reports and recommend technology improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT systems support, ERP implementation, or retail systems management.
- Strong experience in retail, distribution, warehouse, and supply chain systems.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation and support (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or similar).
- Strong understanding of databases such as SQL Server and Oracle.
- Experience with system integrations, reporting tools, and business process optimization.
