Seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager – Operations & Maintenance to oversee telecom site operations, maintenance activities, and operational performance across assigned regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high network availability, optimising operational performance, managing maintenance teams and subcontractors, controlling operational costs, achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards. The role requires strong technical expertise in telecom infrastructure, energy systems, team leadership, customer engagement, and operational management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and maintenance activities for telecom infrastructure.
- Ensure maximum network availability by reducing downtime and improving intervention efficiency.
- Respond remotely or physically to operational emergencies on a 24/7 basis when required.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor maintenance activities and technical interventions.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure compliance.
- Manage and evaluate maintenance teams and subcontractors.
- Provide technical guidance and support to operational teams.
- Optimise utilisation of materials, labour, tools, and equipment.
- Improve operational processes through new procedures and organisational improvements.
- Monitor and control maintenance-related costs.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
- Participate in customer meetings and commercial development activities.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Lead, coach, and develop maintenance teams.
- Conduct performance reviews for probationary and existing employees.
- Partner with the HR & ESG Department in recruitment activities.
- Manage employee leave planning.
- Promote accountability, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor Maintenance KPIs and operational performance.
- Prepare and review operational reports.
- Analyse performance data and implement improvement plans.
- Provide updates to the Operations Director.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (BAC +3 or equivalent) in Energy, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in management or supervisory roles.
- Experience in telecom infrastructure operations and maintenance.
- Experience in energy systems and telecom site environments.
- Experience in operational cost analysis and performance management.
- Knowledge of telecom equipment installations and technical requirements.
- Strong electrical knowledge including telecom power systems.
- Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English is required.
