Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive oversight of commercial governance, contract management and procurement functions
- Lead capital project procurement strategies across underground and open-pit mining and infrastructure developments
- Oversee EPCM framework agreements, Tier 1 contractor selection and contract negotiations
- Ensure compliance with NEC, FIDIC and bespoke contracting environments
- Drive total cost of ownership optimisation, value engineering and supplier market development (including global markets)
- Strengthen governance, legal risk management and Board-level reporting
- Develop and mentor citizen commercial and procurement professionals
Requirements
