Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement short-term and long-term plans and budgets for cement production and operation at different locations.
- Supervise all activities at the construction/production site to ensure they are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, and ensure that safety standards are maintained.
- Provide technical advice and guidance, and support the formulation and implementation of reasonable cement production standards.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, communities and employees.
Requirements
- Cement Production Certification
- At least 15 years experience in the cement industry , having participated in the construction of at least 3 cement plants and possessing rich senior management experience.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of cement production and operation,planning and safety procedures.
- Good financial acumen , including experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with rich experience in leading and cultivating high-performing teams.
- Have strong abilities in analyzing and solving problems.
