Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related business field.
• At least 5 years post qualification experience within a quality and process optimization environment
• Experiential knowledge of project management and quality management systems and processes, e.g. Six Sigma

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of operational excellence strategy, policies and procedures
• Optimize banking process and procedures
• Manage internal excellence and standardization
• Recommend improvements to improve business performance
• Establish and institutionalize innovation management throughout the organization
