Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities for the Lubricant Sales Manager position are inclusive of the following:
• Lead, empower, motivate sales agents, achieve the standard sales requirements and deal with under performance along side the management
• Contribute towards the development of ENOC Lubricants sales strategy, annual business plans and budgets for sale of lubricants
• Monitor actual performance of sales on various parameters against approved budgeted figures and take suitable corrective action where required
• To meet assigned goals, KPI’s and targets set
• Study market trends as well as competitor activities and suitably update Senior Management on latest market/industry developments.
• Ensure that sales agents provide customers with high quality service and value in all stages of the sales process
• Make calls to prospective customers, send marketing collateral comprising of brochures and catalogues
• To support and deliver the commercial strategy, budgets and contribution to achieve sales targets and meet ENOC Lubricants company standards.
• Recommend new initiatives to help drive sales
• To promote a customer service approach within the commercial business, investigating complaints or addressing dealers inquires, both timely and efficiently and with company’s standard policies.
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree/ Business Management/Business Administration/ Finance/Economics/Commerce/ Marketing or equivalent
Excellent Leadership Skills with an adapt ability to change for better working environment
• Excellent in Relationship Management
• With at least 8 years of working experience, in the sale of lubricants
• Large Key Account Management experience
• Technical understanding of lubricants or lubrication systems is desirable
• Demonstrated success in a commercial sales position within lubricants would be favorable
• Ability to identify and quantify value enhancing opportunities
• Valid Driver’s License Skills
• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
• Enthusiasm
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Numerical Skills
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
