Stock Control Assistant / Sales Marketing

Responsibilities
*Determines if inventory quantities are sufficient, ordering more
material if necessary.
*Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status,
changes or cancellations.
*Compare prices, specifications and delivery date and time in
order to determine the best supplier among potential suppliers.
*Check the consignment when they arrive to ensure orders have
been filled correctly.

*Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers
in terms of best value.
*Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing
suppliers.
*Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other
sales people through various resources.
*Researches client base to find new types of customers and
sells to them accordingly.
*Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market.
*Sets up booths at trade shows and demonstrates the quality or
uses of a product.

*Trains other sales people in the art of selling.
*Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies.
*Performs other duties assigned to do.

Requirements
*BGCSE
*Cert in sales or marketing
*Customers service as an added advantage
*Must be computer literate
*Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
*Good attitude(willing to learn)and hardworking

Responsibilities
*Ensure outstanding customer care all the time
* Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to
ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate
change.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task
*Uses suggestive selling technique to sell products and services
*Maintain records related to sales
*Arrange and display merchandise to promote sales
*Must be able to sell cosmetics
*Maintain clean and orderly till areas.
