The Botswana Housing Corporation (BHC), a statutory corporation in Property
Development and Estates Management business invites applicants who
are suitably qualified and have relevant experience for the following position:

SENIOR OFFICER – HUMAN RESOURCES

Main Purpose of the job

To contribute in the delivery of HR administrative services to the Corporation,
either directly or through third party service providers. The role holder
would be responsible for, inter alia; employee welfare, benefits, payroll administration,
recruitment, industrial relations, training and development.
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational/
Industrial Psychology, Business Administration/Management
or related fields.
• Minimum of six (6) years post-qualification experience in the development
and implementation of employment policies and procedures.
