Kalcon (Pty) Ltd invites suitably qualified and experienced Botswana Citizens for post of:

SENIOR CONCRETE FOREMAN

Requirements:

• A good understanding of Construction of Major Civil Engineering Works, comprising in Bulk Earthworks and Concrete Structures. A minimum of ten years’ experience in Concrete Foreman position within a reputable company is crucial

• Must be fully knowledgeable in the use of various Major Construction Plant and Equipment.
• Must be able to read and interpret Construction and Mechanical drawings.
• Must be able to decide sequence, method of work and manage operations.
• Must be able to set out of structures and set up levels with a dumpy level
• Candidate must be prepared and willing to travel anywhere within Botswana and could be placed on any of KALCON’s projects if needed.

Minimum Qualification:

• Trade Test Qualification / ROPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) or equivalent
