ACCOUNTANT – KALAHARI FLOOR TILES

Kalahari Floor Tiles (Pty) Ltd seeks to identify a suitable candidate for the position of Accountant. Tenable in Gaborone and reporting to the Managing Director, the Accountant will be responsible for preparation of management accounts, maintenance of the general ledger, hadling debtors and creditors, stock control as well as dealing with statutory filings

• Oversight of financial records
• Financial reporting
• Management of company assets
• Budget Preparation
• Credit control

• Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to reconcile and control accounts and have excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Good communication skills

• Accounting Degree or Professional Accounting qualificatio e.g CIMA, ACCA, BICA or equivalent
• Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Pastel and Microsoft Excel
• A member of Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants
• Minimum of 4 years experience in a commercial setting
