Overview
Orange invites candidates who wish to be part of a dynamic workforce to apply for the above position:
- Reporting to Human Resources Director the successful candidate will be expected to optimise human capital through the implementation and management of HR strategic plans, in line with the overall business strategy.
- The main duties include but are not limited to:
- To support strategic agenda of the business by facilitating effective implementation of robust and integrated HR programmes.
- Acts as change agent to the business through process design and approaches that support change and transformation.
- To provide tactical and strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies, talent acquisition, HR Policies design, interpretation and application, performance and compensation management consultation, talent management consultation and Organizational design initiatives.
- Analyse and interpret business strategy and objectives.
- Prepares HR budget and monitors implementation accordingly.
- Management of HR Dashboard and Reports.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of key HR activities/programmes to support the business in attracting, motivating, retaining and developing the highest calibre of people.
- Support the team, ensuring that tasks assigned to them are being followed up and completed within set timelines.

- Conversant with Botswana Labour Laws and compliance requirements.
- Good knowledge of the business and external environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Computer literate (MS Office).
- Change management and Transformation skills.
- Project coordination and organization skills.
Qualifications and experience
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management.
- At least five (5) years’ experience in HR environment in both Talent Acquisition and HRBP
Experience.
