Junior HR Officer – Pantone Reign

o Recruiting and interviewing potential applicants on experience, skills and education
o Organising and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
o Explaining and providing information on employee benefits, programs, and education
o Covering all legal compliance for human resource federal and state requirements
o Maintaining employee records and paperwork
o Answering employee questions and addressing their concerns on behalf of the company
o Reviewing procedures for employee safety, welfare, wellness and health

Requirements

o The quirkier the better
o A minimum of a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
o Proven experience as HR officer or other HR position is an added advantage
o Knowledge of HR functions (pay-roll & benefits, recruitment, training etc.)
o Understanding of Botswana Labour laws and disciplinary procedures
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Able to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
o Goal-oriented, organised team player
o Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
o Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
o Valid drivers license will be an added advantage
