Job Description

Primary Purpose of the Role

To be entirely accountable for managing and directing a BCX subsidiary by developing and implementing a Strategy that is aligned with the Group and which ensures that growth, operational and financial objectives are met.

To develop and ensure implementation of a Strategy that is aligned with the Group and which ensures that growth, financial and operational objectives are met. Strategy Development for the business

Operations

• To ensure a correct structure in support of business objectives
• To implement and maintain business processes
• To ensure correct resourcing
• To provide excellent service quality

Finance

• To meet financial targets of business
• To ensure adherence to good business practice
• To ensure adherence to statutory and governance requirements

Talent

• To cultivate a constructive culture
• Manage direct reports and ensure good HR practices throughout the business

Partners

• To ensure collaboration with Business Partners
• To establish business relationships with external Partners and Suppliers

Engagement, sales and customer management

• To ensure Sales and Account management disciplines implemented
• To ensure growth and development of new business
• To manage and monitor client satisfaction at regular intervals

Job Requirements
FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant B degree (Hons), or relevant business experience

JOB RELATED KNOWLEDGE

• Approximately 15 year’s business experience with a minimum of 8 years in the IT industry.
• At least 5 years experience at senior management level
