Requirements:

• A certificate of proficiency (COP) in short term insurance.
• At least two years’experience in selling short term insurance policies or financial services products.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to engage potential clients and analyze the risk and recommend appropriate insurance policies against that risk.
• Customer-Service Skills: Talking to customers to help them to understand their policies, manage renewal.
• Initiative: Finding new business, potential clients and being of service to existing customers is the critical part of the job.
• Self-Confidence: Ability to interact with clients across the social spectrum, remain confident in face of cold calls or rejection of offers.
