• Business development
• Account Management
• Rewriting job specs and advertising vacancies on various job boards
• Extensive networking on social media resources
• Sourcing, shortlisting and qualifying candidates
• Reformatting of CVs and gathering candidate information
• Compiling applications, cover notes, regret letters etc.
• Setting up interviews and preparation
• Updating and maintaining of client and candidate records on in-house system
• Create various spreadsheets for mailers and drawing for social media resources
• Liaising with the public on every level or seniority to company standards
• Market Research
• Gathering leads and converting to business
• Building in house database

Minimum Requirements

• Completed GCSE
• At least 2 years solid an successful recruitment experience (references required)
• Fully computer literate in MS Office and typing speed at least 50 wpm
• COMPLETELY fluent in English written and spoken – First Language
• Must be self-motivated, a hard worker, honest and proactive
• Able to handle a pressured, diverse and demanding work environment
• Extreme attention to detail required
• Must have a driver’s license and own transport
• Able to work unsupervised
• Strictly a non-smoking environment
