Job Description
- General administration that is recruitment related
- Researching the job market and competitors of existing and prospective clients alike, understanding their background and culture for a managed recruitment assignment and solution.
- Business development (cold calling), securing new clients and job specs on a monthly basis.
- Speccing relevant and marketable candidates to prospective clients.
- Continually obtaining a thorough understanding of prospective client companies and job specs
- Fulfilling client requirements as per job spec in relationship to finding the right candidates for positions, adhering to the spec.
- Adhering to the client’s best interests at all times.
- Consistently advising clients and candidates where necessary during the job process.
- Advertising jobs
- Searching CVs for positions, and uploading CV references onto the database for future use.
- Interviewing, profiling and screening candidates strategically and accurately.
- Obtaining relevant paperwork required and supporting documents as the standard minimum requirement of the company, in the specifically prescribed way.
- Reformatting CVs and compilation of candidate profile information, being submitted through the set requirement.
- Uploading detailed information of candidates, clients and their companies and maintenance thereof.
- Arranging interviews, confirmation thereof, submission of interview information, and prepping candidates accordingly.
- Market research, getting referrals, writing industry related blogs.
- Professional interaction and communication with clients and candidates alike at all times.
- Adhering to basic company targets, and daily calls stipulated in establishing clients.
Minimum Requirements
- Completed GCSE essential
- At least 2 to 3 years recruitment experience
- Strong reporting, analytical & telephonic skills
- MUST be a Motswana Citizen
