ASSET ACCOUNTING MANAGER – BTC

Reporting directly to the Head of Asset Management, the incumbent will be responsible for the management of fixed asset accounting and project accounting functions.

You will be expected to develop and maintain accurate financial records of BTC’s assets, provide professional asset accounting advice to managers and carry out technical investigations, audits and inspections to ensure compliance with asset management policies, procedures and standards as well as to put in place measures to address identified deficiencies to IFRSs with a view of ensuring continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate should have a Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or an equivalent qualification supported by 5 year’s professional experience in Asset Management. A Professional accountancy qualification is a requirement.
