INTERNAL AUDITOR – BTC

Reporting directly to the Head of Internal Audit, the incumbent will be required to implement an agreed schedule of internal audits, identify risks, conduct internal audits in response to a business risk or continuity failure, and recommend action to mitigate risks in order to secure business continuity. You will be expected to perform unplanned audits and investigations where necessary and notify relevant authorities, provide professional assistance in developing business cases for investment to mitigate risk, demonstrating return on investment and provide routine data on internal audit activities to support management decision-making, including regular implementation reporting, change control and evaluation.

The ideal candidate should have a Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent qualification supported by 5 years’ professional experience in the internal auditing field. Professional membership of Certified Internal Auditors (CIA) and Institute of Internal Audit (IIA) is a requirement.
