We have expanded our operations to include Zimbabwe and South Africa and are looking for highly qualified, competent and experienced persons to support our endeavour towards providing top class financial planning services to the region.

Based in Botswana, at our offices in Gaborone, Francistown and Maun, incumbents should have proven qualifications and experience on long term and marketing of long term insurance, proven experience on the recruitment, training and management of insurance agents and able to provide cross border financial planning services.

You need to be part of an exciting growing team of Life Insurance agents ana develop towards a highflier financial planner. We have a management team of highly qualified and dedicated people who will propel you to uncharted heights. You will be remunerated on a basic salary commensurate to your qualifications, potential and targets plus a high commission.

Minimum requirements:

• At least 25 years of age or above,
• COP certificate (Long Term insurance),
• Any other professional qualification in sales and marketing may be considered,
• Experience in selling life insurance plus a drivers’ licence are added advantages,
• Individual should goal oriented, integrity/ honesty and hungry for success.
