Age:

• 18-40 years

Minimum Qualifications:

• O’Levels or equivalent
• Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in Long Term Insurance is mandatory
• Diploma In Sales and Marketing or a relevant field will be an added advantage
• Experience In Sales In a financial Institution will be an added advantage

Business Acumen:

• Understanding of the fundamentals of business
• Fluent vocabulary and the understanding of basic insurance concepts to frame solutions in a way that is directly tied to strategic outcomes
• Negotiation skills

Sales Acumen:

• Seek out new clients and develop clientele through exploration of new market segments
• Sell Liberty products to prospective customers and existing clients

Ability to:

• Prospect and close
• Overcome objections
• Present and explain features and benefits
• Diagnose client’s needs

Required Skills:

• Conversant with Word. Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good Presentation Skills
• Client Relationship Management
