Job description
The ideal candidate must;
- Plan, develop, implement and manage food safety program
- Develop operation systems by determining food handling and storage requirements
- Develop, implement and validate quality parameters and product specification for products manufactured
- Prepare regular reports and compliance with standards guidelines
- Train food safety staff
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years proven work experience as Operations Manager or a similar role
- Certification in Food Safety Management
