A unique & challenging luxury role for seasoned Lodge Management Couples with this Relais & Chateaux lodge group based in beautiful Botswana!

Passion for people, luxury service & remote sites is a must to genuinely host discerning clients,

As the Lodge Management Couple, you’ll need to be all-rounders, managing camps in its entirety from staff to maintenance to guest experiences & everything in between!

Properties are remote & require previous lodge experience

Work/leave cycle is 3 months on & 27 days off

What you’ll need:

Previous remote site/ bush/ lodge experience

Combined experiences to run camps in it’s entirety (Incl maintenance)

Benefits will include 50% medical aid contribution, 10 FOH bed nights, F&B, accommodation

No Forex rules apply to Botswana = You will be registered tax payers in the country

Visa requirements

Minimum internationally recognised hospitality diploma

Minimum 5 years management experience

Valid passport; clean records
