Hotel Manager – Maun

An upmarket hotel in Maun is looking for suitably qualified an7 experienced Hotel Manager. The General Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the operation of the Hotel, daily staff management and guests. He/She should be an ambassador of our brand and hotel. Qualifications and attributes:

• 10 to 15 years working experience as Manager in a 3 to 4 stars establishments.
• Candidates must be a holder of Diploma / Degree in Hotel Operations and Management.
• Able to provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments.
• Able to maximize operations and guest satisfactions
• Should have a strong understanding of profit and loss account.
• Good knowledge of Food and Beverages Operations
• Have a marketing experience and holder of a marketing certificate.
• Full knowledge of front office operations and procedures
• Computer knowledge and have worked with most known hotel software such as Fedelio, Roommster or Proligic First
• Must lead in all aspects of business, work closely with the hotel owners and other stakeholders.
• Must have a full knowledge of African Tourism.
• Must be willing to relocate to Maun.
