Chobe Fish Eagle seeks to employ General Management to oversee Its lodges In Botswana

REQUIREMENTS:

• Cambridge or equivalent qualifications
• Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality Management
• 8 years’ experience in similar management position with proven track record.
• Fully computer literate, essential are Opera Property Management Systems and Micros Point of Sales.

• Valid driver’s license.

Main responsibilities will be to actively oversee and operate lodge properties in different areas of Botswana ensuring all financial targets are achieved whilst ensuring quality standards are maintained and standardized throughout the properties.

Will be responsible for the financial obligations of the lodges in terms of revenue and budgeting.

General Operations will include HR & IR issues. Facilities Maintenance & Upgrades. Guest Relations. Front Office Operations F & B Operations. IT infrastructure and Finances, therefore, a Management couple would be preferred so as to work hand in hand to achieve results.

Must be honest, self-motivated and driven to attain operational and financial goals.

Must have excellent planning and organizational skills due to remote locations.

Must be a natural leader and team player and able to delegate and develop junior staff members confidently.

Must have good social & communication skills to entertain local and foreign client as well as host international business agents and guests confidently, responsibly and with ease.
