Cultivating a cost-conscious high-performance culture aimed at achieving excellence through the provision of timeous service delivery to our Insured clientele:
- Analyzing all claims and Identifying all risks and ensuring the processing of all claims as per company policy.
- Ensuring appropriate controls are In place for valid claims settlement
- Reporting on weekly and monthly trends and productivity levels.
- interpretation and application of policy terms and conditions, ensuring all validation checks.
- Handling contentious claims within the agreed grievance procedure and/or outsourced legal representatives.
- Reviewing and updating of policies, processes and procedures.
- Managing relationships with various stakeholders to ensure o win-win-win for all.
- Managing the payment and processing of claims in accordance with company regulations.
- Maintaining claim files such as records of settled claims and an inventory of claims requiring detailed analysis.
- Assigning and reviewing the work of subordinates and other related team members.
- Must be q team player and able to lead a team of professionals.
Required Qualification:
The right candidate should have a Unlvnrntty Degree In Low or Risk Management and insurance, oi a business rooted Degree A COP In Short form Insurance is a pro requisite the Incumbent should have at least 8 years experience In the Insurance Industry and at least 3 years must bo In a managerial role An Assoclatoshlp in Insurance or any other insurance-related qualification accredited by IISA or CII and/or ILB qualification ore on added advantage
