Business Development Intern – Innolead

Key Performance Areas

• Timely completion and submission of proposals

• Compliance with business development standards, systems and procedures

Primary duties and responsibilities

• Develop small proposals

• Submit tenders, attend tender openings, and share details of tender openings

• Ensure that the BD office reviews newspapers, government gazette and other media on a daily basis

• Follow up on small proposals submitted

• Ensure workshops dates are secured and resources are available to facilitate workshops

• Compilation and facilitation of BD presentation and planning meeting slides

• Updating of the CRM system

• Ensure there are always up to date, certified company documents for tendering purposes

• Compile commercials for all tender being submitted

• Perform all other administrative duties of the BD office

Accountable to: Business Development Manager

Liaises with: All Departments

Job Specifications

Qualifications: Degree in any business field

Experience: graduate trainee

Competencies: Attention to detail, customer focus, ability to work without close supervision, computer skills and numeracy, confidentiality, good communication skills, assertive and decisive and good interpersonal skills
