RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – BROKERS

Job Summary

Reporting to the Regional Broker Manager the role works in partnership and collaboration with Brokers Agencies and franchisees to ensure that monthly sales budgets are met and exceeded

Key Performance Areas

• Marketing and selling Botswana Life products through brokers
• Supporting the brokers to ensure achievement of targets
• Promoting and educating brokers on Botsvrana Life value proposition and products
• Buildingpannei relationships
• Provides weekly production reports for the teams
• Conducts after-sales service
• Deepen sales engagements with existing clients
• Ensure effective communication and co-Cm of service level agreements with Operations Oepanments
• Provides management information on the performance of Broker to management and Executive management teams whenever necessary
• Assist in the development of a national market building initiatives m order to sustain brand awareness

Qualifications;

• Degree/Diploma in Market.ng/Business or related held.
• Professional qualification in sales and marketing would be an added advantage
• COP is mandatory

Experience / Knowledge & Skills

• A minimum ot S yeats sales and customer service experience with a good understanding of the Life Insurance industry
• Sound experience in managing a team of people
• A track record m driving exceptional sales is a prerequisite
• Should have a car
