Mupane Gold Mining (Pty) Ltd (MGM) is a 100% owned subsidiary of the Canadian TSX Venture exchange listed company GALANE GOLD LTD, a gold producer and explorer with its operations in the Republic of Botswana.

The Mupane gold mine is located approximately 50 kilometres by road from Francistown in North Eastern of Botswana. In continuous operation since 2005, MGM has recently increased the operational life of mine and exploration activities are ongoing to determine if there are further opportunities to develop additional resources.

The company invites applications for the following positions:-

INSTRUMENTATION FOREMAN

Reporting to the Electrical Superintendent, the Instrumentation Foreman will have a Diploma in Control and instrumentation or Electrical and Electronics (T3/S4/N6/ ND) with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in maintenance of heavy industrial plants preferably in Mining industries, of which at least 5 years should have been at supervisory level with specific skills as follows:

• 7 Years hands on experience in Instrumentation and Process control system.
• PLC development and programming experience in Allen Bradley and Telemecanique PLC’S.
• Experience in Control Network
• SCADA development and programming experience in the wonder ware – factory suite.
• Instrumentation related projects design, scope, implement and commission.
• Hands on experience in field instrumentation. Weight, Level, Pressure, Density, Control, Valves, Pneumatics and Hydraulics.
