Operations Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced operations manager, who will be responsible for the daily operations of the business, as well as business development.

Below are some of the responsibly

• Daily scheduling for technicians, as well as admin staff.
• Management of stock
• Review of job cards generated by the technicians and quoting clients.
• Carry out regular follow ups with clients and visiting them when required.
• Management of rental fleet of forklifts
• Management of company assets, tools and vehicles.
• Identifying new potential clients and arrangements meetings.

Kindly note that the prospective candidate must be willing to fulfill the above duties as well as any other duties that would need to be carried out in order to ensure the smooth operations of the business.

The prospective candidate must have the following in order to apply for this job

• A valid driver’s license
• Own vehicle, which must be reliable and in good working order.
• Must have 1-2 years of experience in the forklift industry.
• Must be computer literate, and know how to use electronic parts manuals.
• Must have basic accounting knowledge.
• Must be willing to work overtime during the week as well as weekend.
• Must not have any past criminal records.
