Consolidated Contractors Company has the above position available in our Company and Site Offices Office in Gaborone, Botswana.

Requirements

Qualified and experienced candidate, 5-10 years of hands-on experience with a Degree Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent with additional knowledge in Post Graduate in Advanced Construction Management. The candidate must be a registered member with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB).

Key roles

• Site Planning and Development of the Project Schedule using CCS Planning Software including resource Loading and Schedule Analysis
• Producing rolling 3-week look- ahead program based on analysis of site productivity
• Weekly progress monitoring of all works and preparation of comprehensive schedules for the same.
• Analysis of man-hour consumption versus project budget and suggestion of remedial measures to improve productivity
• Preparation of weekly and monthly progress and productivity reports for Client and Head Office
• Management of Procurement & Delivery of Priority Items

Technical Competencies

• Candy (CCS), Primavera (P6), MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Visio2010, Tally 5.4, MS Office Tools, Languages C and C++
