Accountable to the Head of Human Resources, the incumbent will provide Employee Relations advisory services and ensure adherence to employee relations policies and procedures, which include conducting investigations, conflict resolution, industrial/labor relations, and monitoring compliance programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice and guidance regarding employee relations practices to employees and ensure that sound practices are implemented by Line Management.
- Monitor and analyze employee relations trends and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Advice all parties in the handling of disciplinary and grievance processes.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with all key stakeholders to ensure the achievement of business objectives.
- Participate in the formulation of company Employee Relations policies and procedure
- Facilitate investigations concerning employee/management inquiries and employee suggestions and/or complaints.
- Confer with employees and provide guidance and/or consultation making sure they are using the tools and resources available.
- Work with legal resources and consultants to ensure employee relations activities adhere to company policy and legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provides input into HR records and systems and prepares and analyses standard reports.
- Provide an industrial relations training and development service by training staff on all procedural and substantive aspects of employee relations.

Academic Qualification and Experience
The candidates should have attained the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Social Sciences or related field.
- Minimum of four (4) years of related work experience handling conflict resolution or employee relations investigations
