SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Finance Accounting or related field .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving and management skill.
• Great leadership skills, team player, amazing analytical skills.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Team-work awareness.

DUTIES/ ROLES

• Regularly conduct market research to add new clients to our portfolio, as well as refining current/existing product offerings and adding new product(s).
• Assist and oversee the company’s communications, advertising, press releases and branding.
• Perform ‘Human Resources’ duties as and when needed & necessary
• Analyze the current and past budgets, expenses, sales, revenues & product deficiencies in order to provide recommendations for business growth and problem resolution.
• Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and industry trends.
• Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization.
• Hire, train and guide the marketing and business development associates.
• Negotiate timelines and budgets, develop and test unique business strategies & concepts
