To implement an integrative enterprise-wide organizational design and workforce planning strategy framework, the human resource strategy, change management initiatives, prudent performance management systems, talent management and succession planning in line with the ever-changing service demands for efficient delivery of Bank services.

· Review organizational and functional structures and make recommendations for organisational structural changes to enhance productivity, efficiency, and utilisation of human resources.
· Maintain and constantly up-dates job profiles and work with line managers to ensure that job profiles reflect organization functional activities.
· Undertake review of Human and Resource utilization for departments to ensure cost effective use of human and other resources to achieve the Bank’s objectives.
· To assist the implementation of adequate competence development programmes.
· To assist in the reward management process to make sound reward decisions when appointing or promoting employees.
· To provide line management with the necessary tools required to make accurate and effective HR decisions.
· To manage, and develop staff, set key performance areas, and monitor performance.
· To instill a culture of measuring performance and rewarding contribution.
· To manage and ensure effective deployment of the performance management system.
· To manage and ensure an effective manpower development system.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
Experience:
· A minimum of two (2) years post graduate experience in the planning and organizing of training and development initiatives, manpower planning, etc.
· Ability to utilize information technology within the area of Human Resource Management and training is essential.
Knowledge & Skills:
· Approaches work in a methodical manner. Plans and schedules tasks so that work is completed on time.
· Anticipates obstacles to project completion and develops contingency plans to address them.
· Critical and Analytical Thinking
· Provides prompt, efficient and personalised assistance to meet the requirements, requests and concerns of customers.
