BOTUSAFE is a joint venture company between three Labour Unions, being Botswana Teachers Union (BTU), Botswana Sector of Educators Union (BOSETU), Botswana Public Employees Union (BOPEU) And Cutting Edge Technologies Pty Ltd (CET). Human Resources and Administration Officer

Job Purpose

The position will report to the Finance and Administration Manager and will be responsible for carrying out and facilitating Human Resources and Administration support services, including but not limited to recruitment and selection, benefits administration, performance management, training and development, employee relations and welfare, facilities management, messenger services and cleaning services in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards.

The Job The incumbent will be responsible for, among others, the following;

· Contributing to the preparation of budgets. · Making procurement recommendations. · Recommending the acquisition and disposal of equipment. · Recommending the recruitment of staff and supporting recruitment processes. · Facilitating evaluation of staff performance. · Managing Employee Relations processes

The Person The right candidate will possess the following minimum requirements:

· A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field required. · At least three (3) years’ experience providing generalist Human Resources and/or Administrative services. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRM solutions · Valid driver’s license.
