Operations Manager Assistant

Job Description

Our client in the catering industry is looking for an experienced Operations Manager Assistant to join their Team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide support to the Operations Manager in daily tasks and projects.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Assist in staff scheduling and training, ensuring high-quality service standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Support the execution of special events and promotions.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Eligible to work in Botswana

General Conditions:

• Shift Rotation
• 4 day Off rotations
• Remote Location
• Salary P14000 per month
• Onsite accommodation and meals whilst on shift.
