A larger firm is seeking a highly skilled retailer to take over and run the entire operations for 20 MEGASTORES in Botswana
Client is seeking someone of the following experience:
· Staff recruitment
· Training of staff
· Ability to manage a large stock flow through the stores markdowns
· Mark ups
· Making sure staff are full trained
· Skilled in their roles
· Cash management etc.
· Making sure that slow moving stock is disposed of quickly etc.
A professional who has this type of experience is sought by my client – all work permits will be organised by client
