About the Role
Sand Sledge Business Services is looking for a Sales and Marketing Officer to drive revenue growth, execute marketing strategies, and build strong client relationships. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and ensuring alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.

Sales
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of customers and sales leads.
Marketing
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
- Create and distribute promotional content, including social media and brochures.
- Organize events, trade shows, and customer engagement activities.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance products and services.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales and marketing performance.
- Analyze campaign results and adjust strategies as needed.
- Monitor competitors and refine sales and marketing approaches accordingly.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage).
Experience
- Minimum 1-2 years in a sales and marketing role with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Skills & Competencies • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Analytical skills for performance evaluation.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
Other Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel.
